MyHealth Questionnaires use digital question sets to monitor the patient’s treatment and well-being before and after treatment and during post-treatment recovery. They also assess the patient’s potential need for additional treatment. The data collected can be combined with information from other systems and applied in various use cases.
MyHealth Questionnaires also enable patients to communicate with their healthcare providers about their health, functional capacity, and quality of life. Through MyHealth, patients can receive counselling related to their care, such as self-care advice and instructions before or after treatment.
